The win put Shamokin (10-9, 8-3) within one win of clinching a district playoff spot.

The Indians trailed 9-3 after the first quarter but took a two-point lead at halftime.

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN - Rachel Schultz scored 26 points and Carmella Bickel added 22 as the Red Raiders topped the Hurricanes in a Division II contest.

Bailey Trell added 11 points for Lourdes, which got out to a 17-10 lead after the first quarter and 39-20 advantage at the half.

Theresa Hillbish led the Hurricanes with 10 points.

MANDATA - Victoria Varner scored 22 points and Carly Burns 18 to lead the Indians to a Tri-Valley League win over over the Eagles. Line Mountain fell to 7-11 overall and must win all four of its remaining games to qualify for the district playoffs.

Madison Lagerman had 13 points and Colleen Troutman nine for the Eagles.
