BLOOMSBURG - The Bloomsburg Nationals, powered by Carlisle Events, a car, truck and motorcycle show, will take place Aug. 9-11 at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds. All cars, trucks and motorcycles of varying eras, make, model and style are encouraged to be part of the weekend. Carlisle Events, a presenter of collector car, truck and motorcycle entertainment, will present the swap meet, car corral and show field.

The Bloomsburg Fair Association and the Dream Machines Motor Club will sponsor entertainment. Activities will include the car show itself with awards presented to participants during an awards parade, live music, food, games and more. Automotive enthusiasts from throughout the Keystone State are expected to attend.

Tonny Petersen's Hell Drivers stunt driving show takes place Saturday at 6 p.m. The stunt shows will take place free of charge with a paid admission to the event itself.

There will also be several musical events, including Ricky and Harv (oldies) Friday from 7-11 p.m., Flamin' Dick and the Hot Rods Saturday at 8 p.m., Autumn's Golden Oldies Sunday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

There will also be a burnout competition and a slow drags competition.
