PHARMACY: House Bill 528 would require pharmacy technicians who fill prescriptions to register with the state Board of Pharmacy and obtain certification from a nationally recognized agency. The House approved the measure 159-33 and sent it to the Senate.

The Senate approved the measure 49-0 and sent it to the House. A yes vote supported the bill.
