To the editor: Labor unions are certainly aware of one fact. When employees are dissatisfied, discontent and disgruntled, if they believe the employer simply "screwed up", the door is open for unions to organize. A labor union organizer has no chance to organize well-treated, happy workers. But if you abuse your workforce, the organizers are quickly welcomed with open arms. The employer has no one to blame but himself.

College football programs - this is your wake up call. If you thought faculty unions were troublesome, wait until you have to deal with a union that represents immature, entitled football players who hold the key to your million dollar football program. You do know their first strike will be on alumni weekend. You have no one to blame but yourself. It should be interesting to see what transpires in the next few years.
