No finesse

It is time someone puts this Vinny in his place. He is so ignorant for a commissioner, and I don't think he has any finesse at all.

Get the bad guys

I hope Northumberland County taxpayers are monitoring this Sacavage courthouse-sheriff's office-Vinny situation. Yes, he sometimes rides roughshod, but perhaps that has been needed for a long time, and I am backing him 100 percent. I just wish he would have been serving in the Cwalina era. Good job, Vinny. Go get the bad guys.

Hands out

This is for all you people with your hands out praising Obama's health care bill. Just wait until you have to stand in line for months on end to get a procedure only to be told you are too old, too young or too sick to have that procedure. Wait until we have rationed health care. Of course, you don't have to worry about your taxes going up because most of you probably don't pay any taxes anyway.

Choice of words

I know this won't be in because it proves many people's point. Vinny Clausi accused the sheriffs office of watching porno on the county computers. Those were his exact words in The News Item. On the WNEP news, it was reported that two 911 dispatchers from Northumberland County were fired for inappropriate use with county computers. Why did Vinny feel the need to connect Sheriff Reiner's office to "porno" rather than inappropriate use of a computer? The answer is because Vinny, in his frustration to oust Chad Reiner, has finally come up with some ammunition for his smear campaign. Poor choice of words, Vinny..

Get real, sheriff

I'm by no means a Vinny fan, but the sheriff needs to get real. You would think that if someone other than a member of the office was in there surfing the Web that they would notice and say something. Or what, maybe James Bond snuck in at night and cracked the screen blanker password to surf porn?

Waste of money

Reading The News Item about this lawsuit against Vinny - it is a waste AGAIN of taxpayers' money. Reiner yelling "unfounded," others in the office crying defamation; there stands Vinny waving the evidence he has collected. Anything to degrade Vinny's honesty to the taxpayers

Proper procedures

Passwords are for your protection, if the sheriff's department did not follow the procedures, then they should face punishment of the findings on the computers.

Finding time

How can they say they are short of staff when there is time for this crap on county computers? Best of Luck to Vinny. He never accuses without the true facts to back his findings.

Is Fegley in?

Being that Czeponis is resigning, shouldn't the position go to the next highest vote-getter in the last election? That would be Ed Fegley, correct? Mr Fegley ran a real clean race and actually organized a meet the candidate town hall-type meeting. Mr Fegley did no mud-slinging and really put forth a great effort. Thank you, Mr. Czeponis, for your years of service and independent thinking.

Wow all these Vinnie lovers... I know they don't work around him. He is a ignorant human being, work at his Two Guys place then try to find nice words to say... You Won't... If officials do some digging they can bury this goof ball...
