SHAMOKIN - Victoria Kramer, of 1106 N. Franklin St., has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Luzerne County Community College. She earned a grade-point average of 3.9.

Kramer is a daughter of Drew and Anne Marie Kramer, of Shamokin. She is a granddaughter of Kitty Klebasko, of Coal Township, and the late Adam Klebasko, and the late Grant and Ramona Kramer.

Kramer, an early childhood education major, is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society. She is employed at Little Friends Daycare and Knoebels Amusement Resort.

She is a 2010 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional School and an active member of Transfiguration of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church in Shamokin.
