STATE COLLEGE - The fall 2009 dean's lists for The Pennsylvania State University were announced recently. There were 21,439 students achieving the dean's list for the fall 2009 semester university-wide. A student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5 and be full-time (12 hours or more).
