One will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Country Cupboard, 101 Hafer Road, Lewisburg; and another from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Mattucci's Willow Street Café, 451 W. Fourth St., Mount Carmel.
Following a free meal and brief presentation, attendees will have time to ask questions and talk with staff, students, parents and alumni.
No registration is required. For more information, call (800)322-3248 or go to www.mhs-pa.org.
To be considered for enrollment, a child must come from a family of low income, be from the ages of 4 and 15 years old, be free of serious emotional and behavioral problems that disrupt life in the classroom or home and be born in the United States. The school examines need, motivation and personal character in making its final selections. Enrollment is not guaranteed and prospective students must demonstrate the capability to benefit from the programs. Children are accepted year-round through a rolling admissions process.
Preference is given to children born in Pennsylvania.
