Bingo tonight at Holy Angels
SHAMOKIN - Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church will host bingo tonight at 6:15 p.m. at the church, 855 Scott St. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.
Food pantry distribution Saturday
MOUNT CARMEL - The Mount Carmel Food Pantry will hold its monthly distribution from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Notary Shop, 215 S. Oak St. for borough residents who have signed up in the past. Residents at the Midrise are asked to meet in the lobby at 11 a.m.
Chuckwagon back after break
God's Chuckwagon is back in operation after a holiday break.
The group provides a warm meal to those in need from 4 to 6 p.m. each Tuesday along Independence Street, Shamokin, near the WIC office.
Each Monday from 4 to 6, meals are provided at Oak and Fourth streets, Mount Carmel.
