Two comics pages in today
It wasn't funny, but Thursday's comics page was repeated in Friday's edition. With that, Friday's comics page is published today, page 11, as is Saturday's, on page 22.
CDA credential classes planned
MILTON - Beginning in September, the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) is offering a CDA (child development associate) course to the public. Earning a CDA credential will help participants learn to establish a healthy learning environment for children while advancing their physical and intellectual competence, learn to support the social and emotional development of children and how to establish productive relationships with families, and gain professional opportunities and motivation for further educational opportunities while advancing in the early education profession.
Classes for this program begin Sept. 17. They will be held Tuesday evenings over a period of 36 weeks at the CSIU in Milton.
For additional information or to register, contact Ann Garges at the CSIU at 523-1155, extension 2240, or email@example.com by Sept. 12. There will be a $165 registration fee.
CDA classes at the CSIU are funded by the South Central Regional Key (SCRK) at Child Care Consultants (CCC).
