Peebles to host Charity Days
COAL TOWNSHIP - Peebles in The Plaza at Coal Township will host Fall Charity Days Sunday and Monday. For a $5 donation to the participating charity of their choice, customers will receive a Charity Days coupon book with 18 special offers. All coupons are valid Sunday and Monday only.
Proceeds from the sale of the coupon books will go directly to the charity.
In addition to the coupon offers, customers will receive a free $10 gift card for every $100 purchase made Sunday or Monday.
Peebles' parent company, Stage Stores, is conducting Fall Charity Days at more than 280 of its stores, including Goody's and Stage.
Community service
COAL TOWNSHIP - Participants in a community service program coordinated by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III are asked to meet at 9 a.m. Saturday at Crown Lanes Bowling Alley on Tioga Street.
