Landlords have filed the following claims of recovery of real property against tenants in magisterial district court:

Office of Hugh Jones

- Marie Danko, Wapwallopen, against tenants Joseph Linn and Brenda Linn, Locust Gap, for $2,452.75, filed Feb. 28. A hearing is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 13.

- Michael P. Dembrosky, Ashland, against tenants Diane Boyer and Blake Boyer, Mount Carmel, for $2,485. A hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 13.

Office of John Gembic III

- Martin Eltringham, Sunbury, against Pablo Hernandez, Shamokin for $1,200. A hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 11.
