DUI charge

STONINGTON - Dean Lee Wolfe Jr., 28, of 1594 Hallowing Run Road, Sunbury, has been charged by Cpl. George Ritchey of state police at Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol and related summary traffic violations involving a May 25 incident at the intersection of State Road and Mountain Drive in Little Mahanoy Township.

Woman listed in critical condition, seven others injured after Route 147 crash

UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - The driver of a pick-up truck involved in a three-vehicle crash near Sunbury Thursday afternoon was listed in critical condition at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Thurday evening, according to a hospital nursing supervisor.
