MOUNT CARMEL - Darrel L. Fite, 23, of 300 W. Third St., Apt. 9, Mount Carmel, was charged by Patrolman William Adamski with two counts of criminal trespass and one count of harassment and loitering and prowling at night, involving a June 15 disturbance at 234 E. Sixth St.
Simple assault
MOUNT CARMEL - Charges of simple assault and harassment were filed by Cpl. Chris Buhay against David Quintero, 22, of 401 E. Fifth St., Mount Carmel, relating to a Dec. 18 disturbance at his home.
Police reported Quintero is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, Jessie Brito, of Sunbury.
DUI
RALPHO TOWNSHIP - John T. Earley, 58, of 5 Columbia Ave., Apt. 5, Elysburg, has been charged by Cpl. Bryon Chowka with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of restrictions on alcoholic beverages relating to a May 16 incident along Reading Turnpike Road near Route 61.
Police reported Earley had a blood-alcohol content of .089 percent.
Bad check
MOUNT CARMEL TOWNSHIP - Lisa A. Fusetti-Bowman, 46, of 100 E. Columbia Ave., Atlas, has been charged by Chief of Police Brian Hollenbush with issuing a bad check in the amount of $256 to Aaron's Oil Company Inc. in Natalie on April 16.
Criminal mischief
COAL TOWNSHIP - Wendy Fegley, of Box 801, Burnside RR 2, reported someone cut her pool liner and trampoline in her back yard between June 19 and Wednesday, causing approximately $600 damage.
Dogs run at large
COAL TOWNSHIP - Brandie Haddock, 45, of 834 W. Willow St., Coal Township, was cited by Patrolman Chris Lapotsky for allowing her dogs to run onto a neighbor's property on Monday.
Harassment
COAL TOWNSHIP - Tiffanie Jackson, 25, and Elizabeth Farbiarz, 22, both of 1050 1/2 W. Arch St., Coal Township, will be cited by Patrolman Edward Purcell for harassment relating to a disturbance at their residence early Thursday morning.
Police said Farbiarz alleged that Jackson hit and choked her, while Jackson alleged that Farbiarz pulled her hair and punched her in the face. Police said no injuries were reported.
Police said Farbiarz also will be cited for scattering rubbish for throwing Jackson's belongings out a second-floor balcony onto the pavement and street.
