HERNDON - A suspected family member living at 1228 Raupstal Road, Herndon, is believed to have taken prescription medication from Mark Alan Stone, 51, between the hours of 6 p.m. Sept. 30 and 6 p.m. Oct. 1, according to Trooper Mark Adams of the Stonington state police barracks.
HERNDON - An unidentified house guest at 126 S. Main St., Herndon, is believed to have taken prescription medication from David J. Swatski, 30, between the hours of 4 p.m. Sept. 30 and 1 p.m. Oct. 1, according to Trooper Mark Adams of the Stonington state police barracks.
Hit and run
COAL TOWNSHIP - The Coal Township Police Department is investigating a hit and-run-motor vehicle accident that occurred in the 900 block of Montgomery Street.
Police reported that Donald Stamets, of 930 W. Montgomery St., Coal Township, said his 2007 Hyundai automobile sustained light damaged when someone hit it at approximately 3:45 p.m. Oct. 1 while it was parked at his house.
The suspected vehicle was a tan or gold colored automobile that was driven by an elderly female, police said.
