SHAMOKIN - A 16-year-old city male was cited by Cpl. Darwin Tobias III for a curfew violation after being located by police at 1:07 a.m. Saturday at Arch and Diamond streets.
RINGTOWN - A Girardville woman's coworker is accused of stealing her prescription medication while the two were working last month.
Daniel Clayton Carl, 23, of Coal Township, is accused of stealing prescription Xanax from Shannon Willis about 11 p.m. Sept. 26 at JELD-WEN Inc.
Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were filed against Carl by state Trooper Thomas Powell of the Frackville station at the office of Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
