ZERBE TOWNSHIP - Sabrina Wiest, 26, of Trevorton, will be cited for failing to obey an authorized person directing traffic and failing to wear her seat belt in connection with a road construction zone accident at 6 a.m. Tuesday along Route 225 near Snyder Road.

According to state police at Stonington, Wiest was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Tracker north when she failed to see a flagman holding a stop sign at a road construction zone.
