Fender-bender

COAL TOWNSHIP - One vehicle sustained minor damage in a fender-bender Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of West Arch Street.

According to police, John Yost, 61, of 1252 W. Arch St., backed his 1998 Jeep Cherokee into a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Gwynne Turner, 28, of 1249 W. Arch St., while they were attempting to park their vehicles shortly after 8:30 a.m.

The Grand Prix sustained a broken driver-side turn signal, police said, while Yost's vehicle was not damaged.
