KULPMONT - State police at Stonington said an investigation into the theft of three guns from a vehicle sometime between 10 p.m. Monday and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday continues.
Kendall Dennison, of 945 Chestnut St., told police someone stole three semi-automatic pistols from a vehicle that was parked at the rear of his property.
The guns stolen are a silver Taurus PT24, .45 ACP caliber, valued at $300; a silver Jimenez Janine, 9mm caliber, valued at $130, and a pink Taurus 738, .380 ACP caliber, valued at $300.
Anyone with information on the theft is asked to contact state police at 570-286-5601.
COAL TOWNSHIP - Lita Maguire, 24, of Shamokin, reported to township police someone entered a residence she owns at 939 W. Spruce St. and stole several items sometime between Aug. 5 and Tuesday.
Maguire told police several feet of copper pipe was removed from the walls and ceiling, along with two spools of 12-2 wire and several other items. An exact value of the items stolen was not determined.

Car door damaged
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - Bryan W. Teter, 53, of Millersburg, reported to state police at Lykens someone damaged a door on his vehicle while it was parked in the Himmels Church lot between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Aug. 2.

MONROE TOWNSHIP - Harley Michael, 21, of Long Avenue, Selinsgrove, was charged with disorderly conduct after he kicked over a garbage can and struck a mailbox on his way out of the Geisinger clinic on Roosevelt Avenue at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Michael was angry because he was denied prescriptions.
