False name to police
BEAR GAP - Robert W. Buettner, 22, of 6 Polk Road, was charged with giving false identification to police following an April 24 traffic stop on Bear Gap Road.
Ralpho Township Police officer Stephen Spade reported in court documents that Buettner, a passenger in the vehicle, allegedly gave police a false name when asked about his identity.
The charge was filed with Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel, and a preliminary hearing is set for June 19.
ZERBE TOWNSHIP - Skie Campbell, 19, of Zerbe Township, reported to state police at Stonington that sometime between 10 p.m. Thursday and 2:50 p.m. Friday, someone pushed over a lamp post in her front yard.
