MOUNT CARMEL - Chastity M. Dewees, 33, of 343 S. Oak St., was cited by Cpl. Dave Donkochik for disorderly conduct for allegedly shouting obscenities in front of neighbors about 12:20 p.m. July 6 outside her home.
MOUNT CARMEL - Joyce Ann Little, 53, of 51 N. Oak St., was cited for failing to confine her dog after it escaped and attacked a man and his dog in the 200 block of South Oak Street about 4 p.m. June 19. Both the victim and his dog were injured.
MOUNT CARMEL - Joseph Zaharick, 30, and Adam Zaharick, 26, both of West Second Street, were cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting each other inside Schicky's Wings and Things restaurant, North Oak Street, on May 31.
MOUNT CARMEL - James Doak, 46, of North Locust Street, was cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for failing to confine his dog after it escaped and was chasing Angel Fernandez, of Sunbury, near North Locust and East Second streets at about 4:25 p.m. June 22.
MOUNT CARMEL - Bobbijo Lopez, 35, of 148 E. Avenue, and Maureen Dagostino, 47, of 251 S. Chestnut St., were each cited with harassment and disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting each other in the street on the 100 block of North Vine Street about 11:05 a.m. June 23.
MOUNT CARMEL - Jason Andrew Dillow, 30, of 434 N. Walnut St., was cited by Police Chief Todd Owens for harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for allegedly chasing his wife in the street and shouting obscenities in the first block of North Oak Street about 10:43 p.m. June 20.
