MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Jason Drumheller has cited Peter Michael Kulik, 28, of 704 Spruce St., Kulpmont, for harassment involving a disturbance at 3:20 a.m. Jan. 5 at 129 S. Market St.
Police reported Kulik grabbed a woman by her face and threw her against a wall at her residence. Police did not identify the victim.
MOUNT CARMEL - A 16-year-old male from Aristes has been charged by Police Chief Todd Owens with possession of a controlled substance relating to a Dec. 19 incident at Compass Academy School, 30 W. Third St.
Staff at the school found the controlled substance and reported the incident to police.
MOUNT CARMEL - Chief of Police Todd Owens has charged a 16-year-old male of Mount Carmel with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a set of earrings owned by his stepmother during the last week of December.
Police said the earrings were stolen from 228 S. Apple St.
Victim bit on arm
MOUNT CARMEL - Crystal Brandon, 31, of 338 S. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Cpl. Chris Buhay for harassment for allegedly biting Shane Geary on the arm at 6:25 a.m. Dec. 28 during a domestic dispute.
Geary suffered an injury in the biting incident.
