MOUNT CARMEL - Danielle M. Lawler, 21, of 125 Oak Lane, Kulpmont, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following a North Oak Street disturbance at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 5.
Borough police officer Matthew Dillman reported Lawler was observed verbally arguing with another person and then attempted to punch the other person.
Police attempted to take Lawler into custody, but she resisted commands from officers. Police said Lawler had an odor of alcohol on her breath and body. She was cited and then released.
Dog ordinance violation
MOUNT CARMEL - Mount Carmel Borough Police cited James E. Doak, 45, of 31 N. Locust St., for violating the borough's dog ordinance. Police said Doak's dog was in the area of the 100 block of North Quince Street at 5:16 p.m. Sept. 18, charging at young children. The citation was filed with Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones of Mount Carmel.
MOUNT CARMEL - Brian Deeter, 28, of 241 S. Banana St., Mount Carmel, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after a fight at 12:12 a.m. Sept. 30 in the area of Sixth and Poplar streets.
Borough Police Officer Jason Drumheller filed the citation with Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones of Mount Carmel.
