Steals lottery tickets
SELINSGROVE - Cody Glass, 21, of Selinsgrove, has been charged by state police at Selinsgrove with theft-related offenses for allegedly stealing $1,000 worth of lottery tickets from Turkey Hill Minit Market, 1980 N. Susquehanna Trail, between July 11 and Saturday while he was employed at the store.
Car strikes barn
UPPER MAHANOY TOWNSHIP - Stephanie M. Bloss, 26, of Gordon, suffered a minor injury Saturday afternoon when a 1989 Dodge Omni she was driving south on Old State Road (Township Route 454) exited the road and struck a barn just south of Chestnut Ridge Road.
Police said it was unknown if Bloss' passenger, John E. Sherry, 29, of Klingerstown, was injured.
Bloss was cited for driving too fast for road conditions.
An investigation is continuing.
