Disorderly conduct

ZERBE TOWNSHIP - Samuel Allen Strause, 22, of 195 Hallowing Run Road, Sunbury, is being charged with disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred at 2:40 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot along Market Street, just south of Fourth Street, reported Trooper Thomas C. Leib of the state police at Stonington.
