SHAMOKIN - Jeffrey Houseweart, 36, of 507 S. Market St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Bryan Primerano for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct relating to a disturbance at 8:35 p.m. Monday outside his residence.
