MILTON - Chad David Varano, 24, of 344 Hemlock Lane, Elysburg, and Christopher Michael Fox, 24, of 406 W. Valley Ave., Elysburg, were charged by Trooper David Turnbow in connection with incidents that occurred between Oct. 9 and Oct. 19 at various locations.
