Confer and a passenger in Craigie's vehicle, Jena L. Craigie, 19, of Warminster, each suffered moderate injuries, troopers said, adding that all three were wearing seat belts.

BENTON - A Benton teen faces multiple charges for allegedly initiating traffic stops on three female motorists between June and Sunday, state police at Bloomsburg said Saturday.

Christopher Donald Warnig is accused of using red and blue emergency lights installed on his silver 2011 Volkswagen Jetta to initiate the three stops, troopers said, during which he was allegedly wearing a blue emergency medical technician uniform.

He is a volunteer EMT and fireman, troopers said.

Warnig was arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Ola E. Stackhouse, Millville, on three counts each of false imprisonment, impersonating a public servant and disorderly conduct and two counts of displaying improper lights. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail and faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Columbia County.
