Drug charges

MOUNT CARMEL TOWNSHIP - Marchelle N. Shurock, 19, of 1220 Hemlock St., Coal Township, has been charged by Patrolman David Stamets with criminal conspiracy to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of a counterfeit substance and possession of drug paraphernalia relating to a vehicle stop Feb. 20 along Route 901.

Police said Shurock was operating a vehicle occupied by Jeffrey M. Loatman, 19, of Ranshaw, and Raheem Loatman, of Millville, N.J., who, as reported in Friday's edition, were both charged with drug offenses relating to the same incident.
