LCB violations

ASHLAND - Four Schuylkill County businesses, including an Ashland restaurant, were cited for violations of the state liquor code.

Mine Shaft Cafe Inc., owners of Mine Shaft Cafe, 1136-1138 Center St., was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly serving alcohol to a 19-year-old on June 26.

James Marrone, owner of Marrone's Cafe, 31-37 W. Main St., Girardville, was cited for allegedly serving alcohol on several dates in April after his liquor license expired on March 31.

Keystone Fish and Hunt Club, 421 Nescopeck St., Tamaqua, was cited for allegedly violating club by-laws regarding bring-your-own-alcohol policy.

Joseph A. Valenti Enterprises Inc., owners of Valenti's II Pizza and Subs, 107 E. Main St., Schuylkill Haven, was cited for allegedly serving a 19-year-old on June 26.

Disturbs peace

SHAMOKIN - Denitsa Chavez, 22, and Ashley N. Delgado, 20, both of 813 E. Dewart St., were cited by Cpl. Jarrod Scandle for disturbing the peace at 1:06 a.m. Friday for allegedly screaming loud enough inside their home that it was heard outdoors 1/2 block away.

Yells in street

SHAMOKIN - Danielle Aikey, 24, of 135 Birch St., was cited by Patrolman Shane Mowery with disorderly conduct for allegedly standing in the street in the 100 block of Birch Street about 10:12 p.m. Monday and shouting obscenities.
