Criminal mischief
MONROE TOWNSHIP - Michael A. Brosious, 43, and Whitney M. Brosious, 18, both of Sunbury, reported to state police at Selinsgrove that sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, someone broke the passenger-side window of a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse and removed a purse containing money and identification. The vehicle was parked in the employees' parking lot of the Perkins Restaurant located along Routes 11 and 15.

DUI
MONROE TOWNSHIP - Scott Morton, of Sunbury, was charged with DUI and summary traffic violations following a traffic stop at 12:59 a.m. Jan. 7, on Routes 11 and 15 at Mull's Auto.
State police at Selinsgrove report that Morton was stopped for a traffic violation and police found him to be under the influence.
Aggravated assault
MAHONING TOWNSHIP - A 17-year-old female will face juvenile charges in Montour County following an assault at the North Central Secure Treatment Facility at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.
State police at Milton report the female punched, kicked and spit on employees Holly Hollada and Penny Hess, causing minor injuries to both. Police say the investigation is continuing into the incident.
