  MOUNT CARMEL - Mellisa M. Lileck, 38, of 1120 Poplar St., Kulpmont, pleaded guilty recently to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to pay a fine and costs totaling $252.

Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.

Lileck was charged by Kulpmont Patrolman Cade Holden with stealing $17 from Turkey Hill Minit Market on Chestnut Street in Kulpmont on Dec. 27 while she was employed there.

  MOUNT CARMEL - Joseph Smallets Jr., 22, of 110 E. Fourth St., Mount Carmel, pleaded guilty March 3 to harassment and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to pay a fine and costs totaling $452.

Two counts of simple assault and one count of recklessly endangering another person were withdrawn.

Smallets was charged by Mount Carmel Township Patrtolman Matthew Filarski with assaulting his live-in girlfriend, Dawn Kroh, while she was operating a vehicle in Mount Carmel Township on Feb. 7.

  MOUNT CARMEL - Reva Rebuck, 26, of 343 N. Oak St., Mount Carmel, pleaded guilty March 3 to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to pay a fine and costs totaling $202.

Rebuck was charged by Mount Carmel Patrolman Kevin Katch in connection with a Jan. 3 disturbance at her residence.

  MOUNT CARMEL - Noelle Marie Fabrizio, 26, of Wilkes-Barre, waived to court recently two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive in a single lane and driving under suspension relating to an Oct. 17 vehicle stop on Route 54 in Ralpho Township.

The charges were filed by Ralpho Township Patrolman Chris Dailey.

Fabrizio was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to appear for arraignment March 29 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time she can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  MOUNT CARMEL - Joseph J. Hager, 39, of 253 Jefferson Lane, Sunbury, waived to court March 3 charges of careless driving, endangering the welfare of children and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Hager was charged by Ralpho Township Patrolman Chris Dailey in connection with a Nov. 25 incident along Route 54 in Elysburg.

Hager was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to appear for arraignment March 29 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  MOUNT CARMEL - Bradley Neil Anecki, 53, of 120 S. Market St., Elysburg, waived to court recently two counts of driving under suspension, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle relating to a May 30 vehicle stop at the intersection of Badman Hill Road and Route 61 in Ralpho Township.

The charges were filed by Ralpho Township Patrolman Stephen Spade.

Anecki was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to appear for arraignment March 29 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - James V. Christiana, 64, of 612 N. Shamokin St., Apt. 407, Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension, limitations on backing and hit and run involving a Dec. 19 accident at Lincoln and Liberty streets.

Christiana was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Darwin Tobias III.

He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time has can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - Joshua L. Scandle, 30, of 1626 Tioga St., Coal Township, waived to court Tuesday charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

Scandle was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano with stealing $78 from Friendship Fire Company on Feb. 10.

Scandle was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - Kenneth Nahodil, 44, of 315 N. Shamokin St., Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday two counts of delivery of heroin and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Nahodil was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with a March 3 incident at his residence.

He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - Catherine Faust, 46, of 218 W. Independence St., Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol relating to a Feb. 10 accident at Water and Rock streets.

The charges were filed by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano.

Faust was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time she can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - Scott Strausbaugh, 24, of 214 S. Franklin St., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $300 fine plus costs and placed on supervised probation for one year.

Two counts of manufacturing marijuana were withdrawn.

Strausbaugh was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with an Oct. 21 incident at his home.

  SHAMOKIN - Brian D. Wolfgang Jr., 22, of 1016 W. Independence St., Coal Township, pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $300 fine plus costs.

Shamokin Patrolman Nathan Rhodes filed the charge in connection with a Feb. 12 disturbance at Shamokin Police Station.

  SHAMOKIN - Pamela Paczkoski, 32, of 310 S. Coal St., Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday a charge of retail theft and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time she can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

Paczkoski was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Jarrod Scandle with stealing two items valued at $9.88 from Weis Markets on Jan. 16.

  SHAMOKIN - Luis M. Butler, 20, of Lebanon, waived to court Tuesday charges of delivery of Ecstasy, possession with intent to deliver Ecstasy, criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy relating to Feb. 19 incidents at Eighth and Arch streets and Route 61.

Butler was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano.

He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 19 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

  SHAMOKIN - Daniel W. Sweeney, 20, of 836 W. Spruce St., Coal Township, waived to court Tuesday charges of simple assault and harassment filed against him by Coal Township Deputy Chief Henry Schrader.

Sweeney was charged with assaulting his live-in girlfriend, Samantha Purcell, on Feb. 28 at their residence.

The defendant was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment April 9 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, at which time he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.
