n MOUNT CARMEL - Thomas Reddinger, 26, of 1700 Urban RD, Herndon, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to one count of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones to pay a $300 fine and court costs, and was sentenced to 12 months probation. Two charges of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance and a second charge of the use of, or possession with intent to use, drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Reddinger was charged after an incident around 2 p.m. March 23 when Reddinger was apprehended on an active warrant.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Sean Robert Mikulak, 26, of 1008 E. Clay St., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to one count of prohibited acts. He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones to pay a $300 fine and court costs, and was sentenced to 6 months probation. A charge of criminal conspiracy was withdrawn.

Mikulak was charged after an incident Nov. 1 where police said he drove two others to a drug buy.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Charges of criminal conspiracy to commit theft, theft by unlawful taking of moveable property, criminal conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit unauthorized use of a vehicle and unauthorized use of an automobile were withdrawn Dec. 16 against Matthew Steven Dietz, 19, of 315 S. Locust St., Mount Carmel.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Albert Michael Odorizzi, 27, of 9 Back St.,Dooleyville, Mount Carmel, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and period for requiring lighted lamps.

Odorizzi was charged by Mount Carmel Borough Police Officer Jason Drumheller after a routine traffic stop around 3:45 a.m. Oct. 3 for driving without any lights on.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Gary James Kozock, 53, of 212 N. Walnut St., Mount Carmel, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.16 or higher.

Kozock was charged by Mount Carmel Borough Police Officer Kevin Katch after a traffic stop at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 31.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Ervin Washington, 24, of 434 Old Forge Road, Pine Grove, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy of flight to avoid apprehension, flight to avoid apprehension, criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle, theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy to loiter and prowl at night and loitering and prowling at night.

Washington was charged by Mount Carmel Borough Police Officer Jason Drumheller after an incident around 11:43 p.m. Oct. 3. Washington and another person are alleged to have been breaking into cars along Sixth and Spruce streets.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Harry Lamar Wheary, 21, of 233 Main St., Coal Township, waived to court two charges of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, a charge of criminal conspiracy and a charge of criminal use of a communications facility.

Wheary was charged by Sgt. Todd Owens and Officer Matt Dillman of the Northumberland-Montour County Drug Task Force and the Mount Carmel Borough Police Department after an incident on Oct. 1. Wheary was alleged to have sold a number of oxycodone tablets to a confidential informant.

n MOUNT CARMEL - William Bradley, 31, of 412 N. Rock St., Shamokin, waived to court two charges of manufacturing, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, one charge of criminal use of a communication facility, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Bradley was charged by Sgt. Todd Owens of the Northumberland-Montour County Drug Task Force and the Mount Carmel Borough Police Department after an incident April 3. Bradley was alleged to have sold cocaine and heroin to a confidential source.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Richard D. Neidig Jr., 30, of 1007 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, waived to court two charges of driving under the influence and a single count of trespass by motor vehicle.

Neidig was charged by Mount Carmel Township Police Patrolman Kelly Campbell after an incident around 9:27 p.m. Nov. 11. Neidig was allegedly traveling down a privately owned coal company roadway when Campbell stopped him and smelled alcohol on his breath.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Felix Coronel, 38, of 713 Scott St., Kulpmont, waived to court two charges of driving under the influence.

Felix was charged by Kulpmont Borough Police Patrolman Shane D. Reamer after an incident at 1:26 a.m. Sept. 19. According to police, Felix was swerving while driving on Route 61.

n MOUNT CARMEL - Joanne Kijewski, 51, of 538 W. Second St., Mount Carmel, had charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic bound to court by Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones.

Kijewski was charged by Mount Carmel Township Police Patrolman Matthew Filarski after an incident at 12:10 p.m. Oct. 18. Kijewski was allegedly driving a tan Nissan Altima GXE north on Route 61 over the viaduct when she failed to stop for traffic, left the roadway and hit the Choice Cigarette Store, causing major damage. According to blood tests done at Shamokin Area Community Hospital, Kijewski had 15 ng/mL of oxycodone in her system.
