n SHAMOKIN - Terrell L. Douglas, 20, of 934 Scott St., Reading, waived to court Tuesday two counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine involving an Aug. 13 incident on Route 125 in Burnside.

Douglas was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano and Coal Township Patrolman Joshua Wynn.

Douglas was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Dec. 14 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.

n SHAMOKIN - Naim Frazier, 21, of Newark, N.J., pleaded guilty Tuesday to providing police with false identification and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $100 fine plus costs.

Additional charges of making false reports to police and unsworn falsification to police were withdrawn.

Frazier was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with a Nov. 2 disturbance at 77 Raspberry Hill.

n SHAMOKIN - Jeremy J. Smith, 21, of 653 Bear Valley Ave., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $100 fine plus costs.

A charge of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors was withdrawn.

Smith was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Darwin Tobias III in connection with an Oct. 16 incident at his residence.

n SHAMOKIN - David Ebersole, 42, of 1112 W. Walnut St., Coal Township, pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $100 fine plus costs.

An additional charge of recklessly endangering another person was withdrawn.

Ebersole was charged by Coal Township Patrolman Terry Ketchem in connection with a Sept. 3 fire call at his home.

n SHAMOKIN - Aaron W. Henderson, 21, of 275 Montgomery Road, Elysburg, waived to court Tuesday charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Dec. 14 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.

Henderson was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with a June 16 burglary at 128 S. Market St.

n SHAMOKIN - Two counts of bad checks filed by Coal Township Patrolman Matthew Hashuga against Richard L. Bobkoskie Jr., 40, of 1482 Shamrock Road, Paxinos, were withdrawn Tuesday after the defendant paid full restitution to the victim.

Bobkoskie was charged with issuing two bad checks totaling $4,000 to Anthracite Provisions on South Pearl Street on June 12 and June 27.

n SHAMOKIN - Joseph J. Thompson Jr., 23, of 83 E. Sunbury St., Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday charges of criminal trespass, simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Dec. 14 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.

Richard A. Nahodil, 21, of 828 Tharp St., Tharptown, also waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment relating to the same incident. An additional charge of criminal trespass was withdrawn against Nahodil.

Thompson and Nahodil were charged by Shamokin Patrolmen Mark Costa and Darwin Tobias III in connection with a Sept. 30 disturbance at 127 E. Water St.

n SHAMOKIN - John P. Krebs, 40, of 1205 Bunker Hill Road, Coal Township, pleaded guilty Tuesday to harassment and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $100 fine plus costs.

An additional charge of simple assault was withdrawn.

Krebs was charged by Coal Township Patrolman David Sage in connection with a Sept. 6 disturbance at his home.

n SHAMOKIN - Konrad Kehler, 20, of 130 Iris Road, Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $300 fine plus costs and placed on supervised probation for one year.

Charges of delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility were withdrawn.

Kehler was one of 31 defendants charged in a drug bust in the Shamokin area on Oct. 5.

Three other defendants charged in the raid waived their rights to preliminary hearings Tuesday and were ordered by Gembic to appear for arraignment Dec. 14 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.

Waiving their cases to court were Christine Barnes, 36, of 1050 1/2 W. Arch St., Coal Township; Amanda Berry, 18, of 1502 W. Chestnut St., Coal Township, and Shawn Latshaw, 25, of 710 E. Dewart St., Shamokin. Barnes is charged with delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility.

Berry is charged with three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, two counts of delivery of heroin, two counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, one count of delivery of oxycodone and one count of possession with intent to deliver oxycodone.

Latshaw is charged with delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin and criminal use of a communication facility.
