MOUNT CARMEL - Make the right move. Realty World Molesevich & Associates is proud to celebrate its third anniversary in April.

Realty World's goals and dedication have not changed. Its number one priority is still you, the client, whether you are looking to sell, buy or rent your property.

To better serve its customers, Realty World began the new year with a move to a new office location in the Guarantee Trust Building, 34 E. Third St.

The firm offers many different services to suit all real estate needs, whether you are buying a home, commercial property, looking to rent-to-own, renting or in need of property management.

Through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)- the lifeline of the real estate business - Realty World Realtors have access to a database of all properties listed with other Realtors throughout the commonwealth. Therefore, Realtors can show you any property listed with any other real estate company in Pennsylvania.

Realty World Molesevich & Associates has made a joint venture with Jane Vincenzes to form a sister company, MC Property Management. Together, Realty World can offer the landlord the luxury of managing a rental property. Vincenzes and her husband, Paul, own and operate JP Rentals and the Notary Shop. MC Property Management was formed to better maintain rental properties in the area.

The company oversees the daily operations for those landlords or investors interested in purchasing properties to rent and live out of town. All labor and materials used to rehabilitate rentals are furnished locally.

The Guarantee Trust Building was previously condemned and then brought back to life through the management and services of JP Rentals. The building is now under the management of MC Property Management.

Realty World Molesevich & Associates and MC Property Management are companies based on hard work, dedication and customer satisfaction.

The company's experienced staff consists of Denny Molesevich, broker and president; Jane Vincenzes, vice president of MC Property Management (not a licensed agent); Brenda Rhodes, Realtor; Wayne Brokenshire, Realtor; Peggy Delorso-Bressi, Realtor; and Ann Martino, administrative assistant.

Realty World offers a special "thank you" to T. J. Beinert, owner of the Guarantee Trust Building, for his faith in the community and the company and for making the Guarantee Trust Building a place people can call "home."
