Elysburg man named regional VP of Primerica

David Fidler, a local agent for Primerica, with offices at 415 E. Sunbury St., Shamokin, and Seminole, Fla., was recently named regional vice president for this financial investment firm.

Fidler, a financial representative and consultant with Primerica for more than 10 years, noted that Primerica Financial Services is the largest financial service marketing organizations in North America, with more than 100,000 local independent representatives, such as himself.
"I am gratified and honored to be named regional vice president for this prestigious and well-known and respected financial services group. However, the most rewarding part of the job is knowing that you are helping others take control of their personal financial resources. Fidler is a past president and chairman of the board for the Brush Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce. He continues to serve the region and chamber as a member of the current board of directors. He was also one of the first to be recognized by the chamber as Member of the Year (2005).
In 2008, Fidler was also named to the Chairman's Council of Van Kampen Investments.
Fidler still resides in Elysburg with his wife Marilyn.
