ELYSBURG - Crystal Ann Creations is celebrating 20 years with a new look. Although much has changed, this family-operated business still prides itself on what remains the same - customer service and quality first.

Located on Route 54 in Elysburg, the exterior of the business needed a face lift. After 20 years, it was time. Board and batten and rustic posts porch is just what was needed. Add a fresh coat of paint, and what was old is new again.

However, the biggest change at Crystal Ann Creations can be found on the inside. Over the years, customer needs have changed and sent the business in a different direction.

Crystal Ann Creations still offers fresh flowers for all occasions and plants for every holiday, and has now added an expanded gift selection that includes a wonderful assortment of gift basket items from meats and cheeses to pasta and sauce.

Crystal Ann Creations has pre-made baskets, or you can customize from the "pantry." Some of the new products include Wind and Willow dips, cheese balls, soups and cheese bakes, mixes, Dr. Pete's cookie mixes, Little Barn pasta and sauces, slow-cooker mixes, Dutch House caramels and Blue Crab Bay Gourmet Nuts and Seafood Seasonings. This is in addition to Crystal Ann's popular fruit, snack muffins, bagel, coffee and tea baskets.

Crystal Ann Creations makes gift-giving easy, even for the hard-to-buy for. Crystal Ann Creations also delivers.

The gift shop is busting at the seams. In its efforts to support other small American businesses, Crystal Ann Creations had expanded its line of country and primitive gifts to include as many USA selections as possible.

Ginny Ridge handmade soaps, Irvin's Tinware, Amish Wrought Iron Lamps, Keeper of the Light candles and reed diffusers, lighted houses and the music of David Young are just a few of the American companies whose merchandise is offered at Crystal Ann.

Beginning in February, every Monday is now "American Made Monday," in which all American-made gifts are 10 percent off. Crystal Ann has pride in America and the wares its people produce.

Crystal Ann Creations is also pleased to offer the ever-popular Willow Tree figurines, nativities and ornaments in more than 75 different styles, all in stock. With a faceless statue for almost every sentiment, these delightful resin pieces are the perfect gift.

Also new for 2010 is "Sampler Saturday." On the first Saturday of every month, stop by from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to sample many of Crystal Ann's dips, cheese balls, candies, nuts and sauces. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Crystal Ann offers a hardier sample of pastas, slow-cooker mixes and soups. Try before you buy.

Crystal Ann Creations is excited about the changes, yet is happy with what the last 20 years have brought. The store can send beautiful fresh flower arrangements locally or worldwide from the flower shop, or deliver a gift basket from its "pantry."
