Barlow appointed chief credit officer of UNB Bank
MOUNT CARMEL - Dwain J. Barlow has been appointed chief credit officer of UNB Bank.
Barlow will be responsible for managing the daily credit functions of the loan department as well as overseeing the direction and development of the bank's loan portfolio.
Barlow has an extensive lending background, with more than 40 years of banking experience. He has served as senior loan officer and chief credit officer for several local community banks.
Barlow resides in Shenandoah with his wife, Maryann, and family.
