The St. Pauline Visitainer’s Center, 1150 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, held its seventh annual Christmas Luminary event. Unfortunately, inclemate weather prevented lighting up the luminaries. Instead, participants litghted candles and the “Lift Your Spirits” choir performed Christmas songs inside the center.
