CONYNGHAM TOWNSHIP- Emergency responders were called to perform a high-angle rope rescue shortly before 9 this morning after a construction vehicle went down a steep embankment off Route 61 between Mount Carmel and Centralia.
Around 9:20 a.m., Life Flight helicopter was summoned to the soccer fields located immediately east of the Mount Carmel borough line.
