BLUE BELL - St. Helena's Church in Blue Bell was the setting Aug. 18 for the 2 p.m. union in marriage of Danielle Marie Dallazia and Daniel Brian Burns. The Rev. Msgr. Joseph Nicolo performed the ceremony.

The bride, formerly of 328 North St., Marion Heights, is a daughter of Tony and Diane Dallazia, of Marion Heights. She is a granddaughter of Jennie Dallazia, of Marion Heights, the late Robert Dallazia, and the late John and Loretta Kovalovich, who lived in Mount Carmel.

The groom, formerly of Hatboro, is a son of Lynda Lacey Burns, of Hatboro.

The bride and groom met in Philadelphia at a St. Patrick's Day party in 2008, and have been together ever since.

An evening adult reception for 200 people was held at the Normandy Farms and Convention Center in Lansdale.

The bride wore a dress by Alfred Angelo. The dress was covered with sequins and was one-shouldered. She also wore her mother's wedding veil from 31 years ago.

Maids of honor were Beth Dallazia, of Kulpmont, sister of the bride, and Danielle Adams, of Marion Heights, and Elena Archer, Philadelphia, friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Gabi Dallazia, of West Chester, sister of the bride; Katie Morton, of Newtown, friend of the bride; Christine Burns, of Lansdale, sister of the groom, and Lisa Klein, of Drums, friend of the bride. Malibu Belgio, goddaughter of the bride, was the flower girl.

Best men were Michael Dillon, Daniel Roberts, of Hatboro, and Ian Zearfaus, of Virginia, friends of the groom. Groomsmen were Kyle Doyle, of Hatboro, friend of the groom, and Kevin Snarke, brother-in-law of the groom. Ring bearer was Liam Joseph Kovac, of Denver, Colo., nephew of the bride.

Cheryl Moser was organist, and Katie Wagner, friend of the bride, was soloist.

Melissa Kovac, of Denver, Colo., sister of the bride, and David Jarret, uncle of the groom, were readers. Anthony Kovalovich, of Allentown, uncle of the bride, was usher.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School, Coal Township, and a 2008 graduate of Wilkes University School of Pharmacy, where she received her doctorate in pharmacy. She is a pharmacist manager at CVS in Blue Bell.

Her husband is a 2001 graduate of Upper Moreland High School, a 2005 graduate of Penn State University, and a 2011 graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College. He is employed as a respiratory therapist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

The couple took a wedding trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

They reside in Blue Bell.
