Joe and Kelly Seroski, of Shamokin, announce the marriage of their son, Joseph C. Seroski, to Diana P. Daniel, a daughter of John and Eileen Daniel, of Rochester, N.Y.
The ceremony was held Oct. 26, 2013, at the Interfaith Chapel at the University of Rochester, N.Y.
The matron of honor was Heather Galant, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Melissa Gibson, friend of the bride and Noemie Zysermann, cousin of the bride.
The best man was Frank Acomb, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Ed Buck, Marc Romanelli and Kevin Woodruff, friends of the groom, and Jordan Daniel, brother of the bride.
A reception was held at The Inn on Broadway in Rochester, N.Y.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Shamokin Area High School and a 2007 graduate of Mansfield University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in mass communication. He earned a master's degree in 2010 in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport University. He is employed by the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority as a quality analyst.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Brighton Area High School and a 2007 graduate of Mansfield University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in education. She also earned a master's degree in 2011 in science and education from Nazareth College. She is employed at East High School in Rochester, N.Y., as a special education teacher.
The couple will be taking a honeymoon trip this summer to Italy and Greece. They reside in Rochester, N.Y.
