KULPMONT - Richard and Cathy (Varano) Miller, of Kulpmont, are very happy to announce the engagement of their son, Ryan Richard Miller, to Sabina Marie Hadrych, of Washington, daughter of Alice and Mark Hadrych, of Washington.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of McGuffrey High School and also a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in social work.

Miller, a graduate of Mount Carmel Area Junior-Senior High School, is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania for both his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and a Master of Science in law and public policy.

A July 2012 wedding is planned.
