A daughter, Zoey Grace Biddinger, was born to Brian and Jennifer (Carter) Biddinger, at 3:37 p.m. Jan. 20, 2012, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. Paternal grandparents are Van and Kay Biddinger, of Sunbury. Maternal grandparents are Sara E. Carter and the late Richard P. Carter III, of Shamokin.
