A son, Ryan Christopher, born to Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Britton, of Shamokin, at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. The mother is the former Jodi Weimer. The baby weighed seven pounds and was 20 1/2 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Gail Weimer, of Shamokin. Paternal grandparents are Walter Britton, of Shamokin, and the late Rosemary Britton. The baby joins a sister and four brothers at home.
