A son, Nathan Dominic, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ciocco at 1:14 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. The mother is the former Melissa Stavinski. The baby weighed six pounds, 8 1/2 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are George and Theresa (Terri) Zarick, of Coal Township, and John Stavinski, of Danville. Paternal grandparents are Donnie and Diane (Cookie) Ciocco, of Mount Carmel. Maternal great-grandparents are Patricia Zarick, of Shamokin, and Joe Stavinski, of Ranshaw.
