A daughter, Meara McGrath Harmon, was born Feb. 1, 2010, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harmon, of Shamokin. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ecker, of Mount Carmel. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harmon, of Elysburg. Meara joins a brother, Roenick, 5, and a sister, Kealy, 2.
