A daughter, Markaylla Theresa Mackaravitz, was born to Mark Mackaravitz, of Bethlehem, and Kira Kuntz, of Mount Carmel, at 7:54 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. The baby weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches in length. Paternal grandparents are Joann and Mike Mackaravitz, of Bethlehem. Maternal grandparents are Barbara Kuntz, of Calumet, Mich., and the late Richard D. Kuntz.
