A daughter, Kierwyn Cathryn Miller, was born to Scott Allen and Ashley Lynn Miller, of Coal Township, at 4:37 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. The baby was 5 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 18 1/2 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Vicki and Brad Wendt, of Winfield. Paternal grandparents are Dianna Miller and Judy Hoffa, of Shamokin.
