A son, Elijah McKay Brosious, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Shane McKay Brosious, of Coal Township, at 3:08 p.m. Dec. 5, 2012, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. The mother is the former Alicia Marie Trego. The baby weighed 6 pounds and was 19 inches in length. Grandparents are Kirk Allen Mahaffey and Carla Ann Mahaffey, of Coal Township, and Jennifer Marie Jurevicz and Albert Park Trego, of Shamokin.
